Some Additions and Modifications

     In response to comments and suggestions made during last session the following have been added and modified.  Aside from Oram which I know Rick Brown uses, I don't know if these changes will be used anytime soon but would love to see the first two dots in Dark Flora come into play.  

Individual Merits / Flaws
          Torture Master 
(2pt merit) - You are a master at getting information out of people through force and intimidation.  All manipulation checks are at -1 difficulty and you suffer no humanity penalty through torture so long as your subject does not die.

Split Tongue

[1bp] Allows the vampire with this discipline with this power to add his manipulation to any appearance check, or his appearance to any manipulation check.  

If used in conjunction with Second Thought you may add your manipulation dots as damage reduction if first they are rolled at a difficulty of 6+.
