System Maintenance: Dementation

     Result charts were added to the various powers within Dementation.  This was done because many of the abilities were left up to the DM's discretion, lessening their appeal and making them almost impossible to use in a PvP senario.

     Contagious Insanity was given a game mechanic where it can spread to other targets, which seemed fitting.  And the final power was enhanced to scale with other 5th level powers.
