Nod to the BDF's

I've taken a longer look at Ethereal Antonym, and as per Jack Eddows's request altered Fusion slightly.  I've also improved most of the other ability mechanics.  Let me know what you think!

    Changed Haste since this was first posted to allow for the caster to get a benefit if desired.
